In our latest weekly update, Fernando takes us deep into the heart of the xolosArmy Network mission. More than just a tech project, xolosArmy is a movement built on a unique hermeneutic: the bridge between the ancient wisdom of the Aztec Xoloitzcuintle and the digital frontier of Code, Cryptocurrency, and Artificial Intelligence.
Historically, the Xoloitzcuintle was a guide (a psychopomp) that helped souls transition from this world to the next (Mictlan). Today, as we enter a new era of civilization flooded by AI and decentralized systems, xolosArmy believes we need that same guidance to maintain our vital energy—our Tonalli.
We are building a decentralized, permissionless ecosystem on the eCash (XEC) network. Here are the key pillars discussed in this update:
Named after the vital energy related to solar power and human will, the Tonalli Wallet is a sovereign tool for the eCash network. It enables users to document their Xoloitzcuintle lineages on-chain as immutable NFTs and send uncensorable messages using OP_RETURN technology.
The RMZ Token is the lifeblood of our governance and utility. Through Teyolia, our flipstarter-style crowdfunding application, we empower the community to raise funds for their own causes in a decentralized, uncensorable fashion.
We are not building in isolation. We have officially submitted a merge request to add native eCash support to THORChain. This integration will allow for native swaps between eCash and other major assets like Monero (XMR), ensuring total privacy and bypassing the risks associated with wrapped tokens or bridges.
